The Census of Public and Semi-Government Sector Employment - 1998 maintained two questionnaires to collect data:
(1) for employees in Central Government public Sector/ Corporations/ Statutory Boards and Public-Private Companies
(2) for employees in the Provincial Public Sector and in Local Authorities.
The data in both forms were added to one file with a common format. The data belonging to each form could be identified by the codes in the variable V2 - GOVT_PC Labeled (Provincial/ Central). A record with a code '0' is a record coming from a questionnaire used to collect the details from a Central Government employee.
